“Your response was professional and timely. I appreciate the fact that immediately you confirmed an exact price that was slightly above what was quoted on line and most importantly why the price was slightly higher. I did not go forward with your service because I decided to trade in the damaged car and get a new one. I will however, go to you first if in the future, if I experience any damage to a windshield in any other car!”
