“Service from Jamie was great on setting appointment. Technician did not call 30 minutes before arrival as advertised, just showed up. Window was installed, but Tech said it was the wrong window and they would return to replace. Window actually works well, but believe the panel was not reinstalled/ aligned correctly as the door lock makes a loud click when shutting and opening - new sound. Called the installer but have heard nothing from them. Also called Jamie who said the technician would be back to fix, but have not been contacted. Price was good, but Safelite might have been a bargain at twice the price. Wasn't looking for cheapest, just timely repair.”

“Completely smooth transaction. From my online estimate to having the new windshield installed took only a matter of 1-1/2 business days. Installer arrived when he said he would and the installation only took about an hour. The only negative was my online quote was about $40 less than what I had to pay, but it wasn't a deal breaker. I would use them again in a heartbeat.”
