“4 1/2 stars. I used the online appointment feature, but had to call in anyway after waiting 3-4 days. Not a big deal there. The more important thing is the replacement of the windshield. My installer actually called and said he could come earlier if possible, which was fine. All in all he was there maybe an hour and completed the job, which involved a large piece of glass on a Ford Edge. The windshield looks fine, it was clean and my EZ pass, remote start antenna and inspection sticker were reattached to the new glass. The only negative was a small amount of adhesive on the outside of my side window vent guard (which I cleaned). I would definitely use them again. Also, the cost of the glass and install was very good.”

“The repairman called ahead of time to tell me what time he would be here. He arrived when he said he would. He did the work on my car in around an hour (as was his stated estimation) and he charged me what I was quoted. Very professional. I am a satisfied customer and will use you again should the need arise. ”
