“A+++ Dont look any further. A great price, great communication and a clean, high quality job. I live in Cinco Ranch. The installer showed up so quicly that I wasnt home yet. He was very nice and rescheduled a time to meet with me. I like their atention to small details. Here are two examples, i wouldn't have cared if he parked in my driveway, but the technician was thoughtful enough to park on the street. After the window was installed, he took extra time to attach my saftery inspection sticker clean and straight. This is the third window I've had installed in this truck. The first two were installed by other companies. This experience was greatly contrasting to the first two. One did minor damage and the other got the black sealant on my interior. Both left my inspection sticker on the dash. I am confident you won't have an experience like that with Alpha!”

“The work looks pretty decent. However, they had to reschedule to a time almost 3 hours later. They got stuck in traffic for part of it. Also, They cleaned up the back, but there was a lot of glass in the parking space that I had to clean up. Finally, there is a backup camera accessory in the rear door that now shows a different angle, so I will have to try to adjust it. Granted, they were working in the dark by the time they got there, and they had had a long day. I feel for them, but I can't say I am really happy either. I do like the lifetime of the car guarantee.”
