“Services were on time and done correctly. Price was better than all others who quoted me a price to replace rear window on my car. Quotes were 80 to 150 dollars more than price I paid Alpha. I checked with four different installers. Guy who did the job seemed to know what he was doing. My only complaint is the guy could have been a little more personable with personality and should have been better dressed (a uniform perhaps) for that reason I took away a star otherwise I am satisfied with the price and service. The young lady on the phone was very friendly, polite and professional and very easy to talk with. Thanks Alpha I appreciate your help and competitive pricing. It feels good not to have been ripped off for an emergency unexpected repair on my car. ”
