“Received call to schedule on a Wed between 10-2. He (Juan?) advised they will call 30 min before arrival. Wed comes, no call. It was raining, so I understand they had to cancel. But they should have called me. Juan called again on Thur to schedule appointment for Fri, between 10-2. Again, no call as of 2pm Friday. Sunny out. I'm done with these guys. ”
