“The person I spoke to on the phone was very pleasant, thorough and professional. He did not, however, provide an approximation of the time of arrival and I had to call for it. I was told "early afternoon" and the techs arrived at 4:30. I received no call to tell me the techs were running behind. That was the worst part of the experience. There were a number of things I could have accomplished had I known. The work itself was done well it seems - not sure if there are leaks or not till it rains - but I watched and they were conscientious of my vehicle and efficient. The workers were very respectful to me as well.”

“Excellent response - we contacted the company over the weekend as our side glass was damaged when our car was broken into. We hade a phone call from the company representative before 8 am in Monday. By 8:30 am he found the glass and advised that it will be replaced the same day. The glass was replaced by 2 pm on Monday. Excellent Job!”

“They cancelled my appointment 3 times. The first time was because they were too booked and couldn't come at that time after I had already gotten a ride to work. The second time was for rain but they didn't ball until after I called them when my appt time has passed. The last time they cancelled through text message! Very unprofessional. I would definitely not recommend. I decided on another company.”

“i took a day of from work to be available . in the morning i've received a call from them to confirm the windshield and the appointment. I was waiting all day for someone to call or show up, noone called, and noone showed up. Tried calling them several times, no answer, no call back. Not even an email or text.. This company is the worst so far, very unprofessional if you ask me. Do not recommend them at all. ”
