“The worst service I've ever experienced! Didn't show up for the first appointment, I was given a window 1-4 pm and it was canceled at 4:30 pm bc of a tech's "emergency"! Then was promissed to get the service at 8 am the next morning. Got up earlier (work nights!!) to wait for them! Nobody showed up nor called! I am so angry and dissatisfied! I have a trip planned for today and have to now RENT A CAR!! I ordered the service on Tuesday and had the first app on Thursday (yesterday) This is unacceptable and I should be compensated for this! I am expecting an email with an explanation, apology and compensation!”
