“Excellent service. Unbeatable price. ”

“Submitted online request and called their number for scheduling appointment. Person who answered the call was very polite and helpful. Online Quote was $198. He said there will additional $10 for molding (etc). I was fine with that. Appointment was given for next day between 9 to 12. He (one who installed glass) called @11:30 to let me know he is late and will be there around 1:30 p.m. Showed up at 2:15 p.m. It was just around 35 mins job. He is well spoken too. After he left I noticed bigger sealing gap outside on passenger side. I called him and sent him the pic on phone. He showed-up next day and fixed it. I worked from home on these 2 days, so no issue with time-off :-)”

“Currently I am waiting for J.V. Auto Glass to respond to my complaint that they improperly re-attached the molding along the sides of the windshield. The molding peeled back and nearly flew off the car on the highway. I asked that they come back and properly attached the molding. They get the one star for doing everything else correct, but this was a critical mistake. It has only been one day, since I sent my complaint and it's almost Christmas weekend, so I will wait until next week for them to make it right. I hope it doesn't rain or snow.”

“Firts, they made wait for four hours, then I get the " my truck broke down " story. Unprofessional to say the least. And on top of it all I lost four hours from work.”
