“The employee did not have the correct glass so he had to reschedule for three days after the original date. However, the employee was very nice and communicated everything in a professional manner. ”

“Final glass installation is ok, although the installers seemed rough on the car and didn't take precautions to protect other areas of the automobile when installing the glass. During installation, one of the techs had adhesive on his hands and must have grabbed the inside the vehicle door for leverage, he left 4 black adhesive fingerprints above the door on the ceiling fabric. This wasn't identified until later in the day. I was able to remove the adhesive from the fabric, but not 100%. Minor scratches on the body of the auto around the windshield from the tools, and broken glass left on the dash and hood of car. I went with J.V. because they were the cheapest quote, next time I think I will go with safelite for the added cost, who I know provides the care I was looking for. ”
