“The person who came to change my windshield didn't come until very late in the day when they were supposed to come between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. He did a good job once he did it, but it was the being late that bothered me. I recommend that is someone that if someone is coming to do the job during a certain time they don't call at the end of that time and say they'll be there a half-hour to an hour late.”

“The windshield that was shipped was not the one I ordered. I ordered, and paid for the third visor however, the one delivered did not have it. The technician immediately brought it to my attention and I chose to have it installed as I could not wait. Other than that issue, I was totally pleased with the reservation process. The installation process was hassel free which is what we all need more of.”

“Terrible experience with the shop that had my appointment. They called once at 11:00 am. I had to track them down at 4:30 when I hadn't heard from them...only to find out that they were running far behind. By 7:30 I called again. They wanted to reschedule for the next day, but I cancelled because I had took the day off of work. I will not recommend this service to anyone I know. There is little communication between the local shop and customer and local shop and glass89.com. My appointment should not have been made on a day that was so jam-packed. Terrible, terrible, terrible.”
