“Terrible experience with the shop that had my appointment. They called once at 11:00 am. I had to track them down at 4:30 when I hadn't heard from them...only to find out that they were running far behind. By 7:30 I called again. They wanted to reschedule for the next day, but I cancelled because I had took the day off of work. I will not recommend this service to anyone I know. There is little communication between the local shop and customer and local shop and glass89.com. My appointment should not have been made on a day that was so jam-packed. Terrible, terrible, terrible.”

“They did not call early to let me know approximatly when they would arrive. The location for the repair was at a school and sometimes there is a bit of traffic at arrival and dismissal. When I called your service you connected right away and were able to provide me with a 2 hour window. The installer was there in 1 1/2 hours. Pleasant experience. I would reccommend your service.”
