“I had scheduled for Monday morning because I had afternoon meetings. When my installer called to say he was guesstimating an arrival of between 11 and 2, I reiterated that I had specified morning time and that anytime after 12 wouldn't work so well for my schedule. I think at that point he got very irked. He showed up at 11 in the end, which I really appreciated, though he made sure to tell me that he had blown off two other people to service my car. I don't know where the miscommunication occurred, and I can understand his frustration if he was intially told different, but if he WAS told the morning and simply couldn't swing it, then I would've rather just been told to reschedule for another morning then have a guilt trip layed on me. All in all I am VERY pleased with my new windshield, and that I didnt have to take my car somewhere to get it serviced- it was VERY convenient!!”

“with talking to the person on the phone that took my payment and got me schduled. He made it sound like the person from the windshild company was going to fix it right away as a matter of fact he even told me the date of 2nd of March and told me that it would be taken care of within that day but then the person from the actual shop told me that i had to wait another 3 days before someone could get my windshield fixed. and now today i recived a call and got it done on the 5th of March. Would never do business with this company b/c time is money and i wasn't able to get around in veh due to their delay. If i was told that it was going to take this long i would'nt have paid the money upfront just to wait around for other people to take me a ride on my time. very dissatisfied.”

“Not at all happy about this. Call Glass One directly and was at first impressed with their service and speed in setting up an appointment. The "subcontractor" called me back directly stating I would have to go to the dealer in order to get my windshield replaced, because they didn't have it in stock. I informed them that Glass One had already charged my credit card and confirmed the appointment, then I was told I would have to take it up with Glass One directly. This all took place on a Friday. I called Glass One back to get an explanation and I spoke to a very friendly representative that said she would take care of the problem and call me right back. I was never called on Friday or Saturday or Sunday. Finally, I called Glass One back on a Monday, the originally scheduled date of windshield installation and asked what the latest information was regarding my windshield installation. I was told by a friendly representative (Stacey) that she would call the subcontractor directly and get back to me within an hour. Four hours later, I still didn't have a phone call back. I called Glass One again and finally got a new appointment for a Wednesday. The subcontractor called on Wednesday and told me he would be at our home between the hours of 9 am and 1 pm. He showed up at 10, but failed to bring the correct windshield and materials. He came back a few hours later and installed the windshield in a rush. We did not pressure him. Afterwards, my wife inspected the windshield and the installer seemed very uneasy and in a hurry. I was able to test drive the vehicle the following evening after work (Thursday). I was quickly unimpressed to find the windshield has an air leak all over the left side (as you're sitting in the vehicle) and on the bottom right side. So much of a leak that it feels as if I have a window down while driving at 30 to 35 mph. I called the subcontractor back concerning this issue during the following business day (Friday). The representative told me I could bring the car into their shop on Saturday morning. I asked about the mobile service due to prior engagements scheduled for Saturday morning, so she booked me for a mobile appointment on Monday morning. We'll see how that goes....it is currently Sunday evening. I'm just very disappointed in the entire process. At no time has any one explained just what the hell happened and no one has issued an apology. This has really been a pain and I am not at all satisfied with the quality of the service, professionalism, nor installation of the windshield. It snowed today, so if I find it has leaked water around the windshield, I will become even more pissed than I currently am about the situation. This is ridiculous.”
