“My only comment is that the shop I chose from the three suggested was considerable less than the other 2 but when I spoke with them directly, I was told that the price quoted was for glass only and did not include a required manufacturer trim part which brought the price in line with the others. I didn't check with the other companies to see if they included said part, but it seems to me that if the job can't be done without it, it ought to at least be mentioned in the quote.”
