“The appt was made a week ahead of time yet upon arrival I was told that they did not have the molding. I requested to speak to the manager and that request was denied. The person I did speak to (Wanda) then said she could get the molding (though she would not specify why she did not have it for the appt). The service man was excellent but I cannot imagine why you were not prepared for this call”

In future, if I need the same service I would do it Only at Royal Glass Company. In comparison, I had a very Bad experience with All State Auto glass. I paid $305 to replace my glass and on next day I got 2 phone calls from their office asking to pay extra $300 because of wrong info I provided. I refused to do that and in next day their technician came to my home and took that glass out of my car and he gave me my money back which is good.
