“I ended up having two installers and one had to come back twice. There was a mixup with which glass I actually ordered (front/vs back). The first installer could not get the correct glass in because he said it was defective. A second installer came with a new glass but was able to use the first one. So it was many phone calls and many trips out to the car but they were very courteous and professional ”

“Well, since you don't add the company's name that did the work there's not much use in my making a comment. However, Glass Master's did what was asked of them. I needed a new windshield, I got a new windshield. It was a busy day for them that day so I had to wait a little, but once my car got into the service bay, it was done pretty quick. So far no leaks, no issues and we even had rain over the weekend that the work was done.”
