“The technician did a really good job and was very professional. However, when I received my receipt via email I learned that I was charged nearly $10 over my quoted price. According to customer service, I was supposed to be provided an updated price when scheduling my time. This did not occur. Also when signing the receipt on the technician's phone there was no price, only a blank area for signing. I didn't learn the actual cost until receiving the emailed receipt. When speaking to customer service, they were only able to take $32 of the nearly $100 extra off my cost. This means instead of being $50 under their competition quote, they wound up being $10 more expensive than the competition.”
