“Quoted OEM windshield. Delivered generic. Although the installer was willing to comeback the following week, the inconvenience of scheduling another date and perhaps another location was easier said than done when the customer has a very busy work schedule. The bottom line ist the correct quoted OEM windshield should have been delivered as quoted and approved by the customer. Ever heard of bait and switch?”

“I used the quote tool on Glass.net and selected Atlas Auto Glass. I got a call a few hours later and found out later that the quote they gave me was for a basic glass but due to my car that option was not available and only option was for tinted glass option and there was no other choice. I had already got quotes from other companies and this was still the cheapest option. I would of like to know that info when the quote was generated but I am glad I did ask quesyions about that as I was looked at a low cost option since my car was more than ten years and I didn't want to spend a lot of money on the replacement. They couldn't get any one out until Monday morning and they called in advance saying they were on there way. The installer came and installed the glass in about an hour. Looking at the work you wouldn't have know that this was a replacement glass. Only thing they didn't do was clean up the glass pieces from the old glass. I was okay with it since I still had the wet/dry vac close by the car and picked up the glass myself. It would be nice from them to state that clean up was not part of the quoted price, etc. Overall they did a good job with the glass installation. ”
