“I scheduled my replacement at 5am online and by 8am the company was calling to confirm the service time. Originally they said by 5pm but accomodated my request to have it done earlier, and they ended up arriving at my house at 1pm and finishing by 2pm. It was quick and easy and they were even able to remove and transger my inspection and registration stickers from the old windshield onto the new one, which saved me the hassle of having to go buy replacement stickers!”

“On-line request at 2pm, he called back a very short time later, said he would be here between 4 and 6. He arrived just before 4, and was finished before 5. Excellent service, at the price quoted on-line. Much better service than I expected”

“I requested info regarding a windshield replacement at 9:15pm on a Wednesday night (not expecting a call back until the next day at the earliest). By 9:25pm that same night I had already received a call from the Alpha Glass & had an appointment scheduled for the next morning at my office. I had a new windshield by noon on Thursday! ”

“My car was vandalized at 8:45 PM on a Thursday. It was after 10:00 PM before I got my quote. The company agreed to come out at 9:00 AM the next day. Due to a family emergency, I had to cancel at the last minute. They courteously rescheduled for the following day. They showed up on time, did the work quickly, and cleaned up the broken glass. Great service. I'd use them again. ”
