“They broke the trim around my windshield, he warned me that might happen and they were going to glue it if that happened. I was fine with that but they got the nasty black adhesive all over everything! It was on the interior trim as well as the exterior paint of the car! The worst part was the fact that the trim was not even glued down properly! I had to clean up the mess and resecure the trim properly. I was very disappointed but I guess you get what you pay for and I went with the cheapest I could find....”

“Very prompt and professional. My only concern is the finish. There was a nut that is fastened to the winshield which is where the rear view mirror is attatched. This created a problem because of the model/type of windshield was not compatible with the windshield which was provided, causing the technician to remove the nut from original windshield and swap it with the replacement windshield. The fix was successful however, there is a hole which the tech covered/sealed with a black substance that appears very sloppy. Also my windshield was equipped with a condensation sensor which had to be disconnected for the install. Unfortunately now my a/c is not working properly and i have to take my car to the dealership for service or repairs to my a/c. Im not certain if this is what caused my air conditioning system to fail but i will know as soon as my car is examined by allen aamuels dodge.”
