“I never received a receipt as promised. I signed on the installer's phone and tried to send the receipt to myself and she wouldn't let me for some strange reason. When she saw me putting my email address in, she prompted me to hand her my phone and gave some excuse about her boss having to send a receipt. It was really sketchy”

“Alpha auto glass is by far the worst company I have ever used! The guy was very rude had poor workmanship,quality was terrible. He had the seal on the outside tucked in when he was done had to take apart and put back together but lied to me and said it could not be fixed he didnt bring the bracket for my mirror so he tried to glue it on in the wrong spot had to babysit him the whole time because he kept trying to cut corners price was supposed to be 198.88 with tax but then he said it was 215.28 bc i was using a card he could not get my mirror on properly and last min it stuck so hopefully it stays on. He didn't clean up a thing and now i have stuff all ove the front of my carand to top it off he had shoes all over my car and could have cared less treated it my car with no respect. I will never again use your services ”
