“I recently discovered a large crack on my windshield and knew it needed to be replaced. I called Shaffer and couldn't be more pleased. Making my purchase on line, he called the next day, answered my questions, and had a technician come out at our agreed time. He was prompt, cleaned up after himself, and did an outstanding job. The glass was on in a bout 45 minutes and all the stickers were placed back on almost as good as new. When I was at the car wash, even the attendant was amazed at what a good job he did putting the stickers back on. The price was reasonable, the work was great, and the windshield looks like new, complete with stickers. Exceeded my expectations.”
