“was quite expensive; otherwise very fast and good service”

“When I ordered the glass through the call center I stated that I wanted the rain sensor on the glass. Well, when they dispatched it to the subcontractor they did not relay the information correctly. So the installer I was working with realized this when he got here and immediately said don't worry (because we were leaving to go out of town that evening) and got on the phone to his main office and found the correct glass for me. I appreciate his hard work and effort in customer service. He went above and beyond for me. You just don't see that very often anymore. ”
