“I am not one to complain much, but the installation of this windshield looks like crap. It hasn't even been three weeks and I have already had to have them come back out to fix the molding, it wasn't glued well. Also about three days after the windshield was installed my husband made me aware that the guy cracked the dash pad in the car. I didn't make a deal out of this because we were planning on replacing it anyways. I won't be referring anyone to this company. Had I have known it was gonna be a crappy job I would've left the windshield in that was cracked, and saved my money since I paid cash out of my pocket for this awful replacement.”

“The original person that called right after I filled in and sent the request was terrific. However, the office person of the company that installed the windshield, was quite snippy. The installer, on the other hand was really friendly and personable.”

“The only complaint I'd have is that the tech did not show up within the time bracket I was given, I called as soon as it expired and the man on the phone was very diligent on finding out how much longer I would have to wait. Literally within minutes the tech was at the door with my glass! He was not extraordinarily late, just slightly, which I'm sure wasn't his fault as he, of course had other clients. Overall great work!”
