Called Safelite-took them 24hours to return call- and that they could not replace window for 3 days. Found your company on internet-returned call within-15 minutes-came out later in the afternoon on the same day and it was a holiday(MLK day1-20 2014) Thank-you for the wonderful service”

“Good experience overall. Only issue was I was told they'd arrive at my home to do the replacement between 9am-1pm and would call before heading over. At 12:45 I hadn't heard anything and hadn't received a call. Since I didn't have the luxury of being home all day, I called at that time and was told that because of the rain earlier in the morning the schedule was (understandable) thrown off and that someone would be there at 1:15. He arrived around 1:10 and was done in 20 min. Have no qualms with the service and loved the price, but a follow up call letting me know what was going on would have been helpful. I'll use you guys again and will recommend to others. Thanks”
