“THESE 2 GUYS WERE VERY GOOD AT REPLACING THE WINDSHIELD ON THIS OLD THUNDERBIRD. GOING ON 22 YRS AND SHOWING MORE EVERY YEAR. THEY CLEANED UP AND PREPPED THE SILL VERY WELL BEFORE THE NEW GLASS WAS INSTALLED. NICE JOB, AND MUCH APPRECIATED.THANKS AGAIN”

“Overall, a great experience. Only thing was that they didn't re-glue/paste my registration sticker back on the windshield well and it came off almost immediately and I had to tape it back on. ”

“After completing registration on the internet, I was expecting a phone call to set up a tentative time of service for the following day. I did not recieve a call within the hour so I called myself and was told that the glass was in stock and that they would call me on the date of service with a time. The next day I waited until 1PM with no phone call from the company with time an expected time of service. When I called a 1PM they were very kind and professional and sent someone over within 15 mintues. I appreciate the promt service, but I would of liked to have had a tentative time of service so that I could of planned out the rest of my day. All in all I had a great experience, the glass looks great, service was prompt, friendly and convienient. Would recommend to a friend.”

“Technician was profesional and Prompt. Although I do understand that clean-up is difficult with glass pieces, I think it could have been better. Also there is still some glass left in the door so that when you open or close it, you can hear it moving around. Service was quick and price was great. Next day service was very convenient and not even the big companies that commonly advertise next or same day service could do it for about 6 days.”

“Old rubber stripping was left discarded in driveway for me to clean up after installer had left and at completion of job we were informed we had to buy a plastic strip from SAAB that goes over the side edges of the windshield because what he had removed was old and broken. We were left to feel not sure if this is generally the case or if installer was just not accepting responsibilty for piece. We now have to go and buy the piece so job is yet to be fully completed. I don't want to complain about his work, he came when he said he would and completed the job, in the heat, in a timely fashion but we were left feeling unsure if what we were being told is the truth or not.”
