Scheduling and obtaining a quote was a breeze, the willingness to explain procedure, warranty etc was appreciated, the price was way better than the competitors, the representative was on time and finished the job really quickly, the work is quality, and when I noticed a parking sticker had gotten left on the old windshield, the representative came all the way back to give it to me!
