“It was a very good experience. The servicemen arrived when they said they would, looked at the windshield, told me what they would do and did the job within the time they said. When they were finished they explained what they had done and what I should do. Very pleasant experience.”

“I was told that the driver would call me around 9am to give me the 2 hour window. He called around 9:30am to say that he would at my car between 10am-12pm. This was not a big problem but the problem was that I could hardly understand his english. I had to ask him (very loudly from my office desk) what he was saying and then repeat myself as well. This, I think, is very unprofessional! He also, did not leave the car or inside of the windshield very clean. He should have put paper down on the floor if he was going to put his feet on it.Otherwise, I would still recommend them.”
