“The actual company who came out was great. Quick and on time to when he specifically told me he would be there. However when i booked on the phone i was offered am or pm slot. I took the pm then called back and changed to the am, which was 9-12. At 12 when i had recieved no call i called JJ. He said he was given a window of 9 to 4 and therefore had not called yet. He did say he would be to me between 2:30 and 3:30 and he was there at 3:04. All in all, good service, but the scheduling department needs to be clear on timeframes.”
