“The person who came to change my windshield didn't come until very late in the day when they were supposed to come between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. He did a good job once he did it, but it was the being late that bothered me. I recommend that is someone that if someone is coming to do the job during a certain time they don't call at the end of that time and say they'll be there a half-hour to an hour late.”

The technician immediately brought it to my attention and I chose to have it installed as I could not wait. Other than that issue, I was totally pleased with the reservation process. The installation process was hassel free which is what we all need more of.”
