“The only complaint I had was about the timing. I had requested Sat am between 8-12. We planned our weekend travel around that schedule. It appears that the local shop sent the technician to a job about 2 counties away first. He did call around 8:30, but did not know when he called that he would miss the appointment time. I tried to contact the local office, but was put on hold for about 10 and finally hung up and called the technician. When I called him (about 11:45), he was very apologetic, but this did delay our trip by several hours. The quality was great and he was very courteous when he arrived. That's when he told us where his first job had been. The process in general, from the time I submitted the request was very smooth and I am very happy overall with Glass.net. Thank you, Angela”

“The installer was scheduled to come on Saturday, but because of overbooking I was bumped to Sunday. I was called, in a timely manner to see if this was acceptable. I told them I did not have a problem with recheduling if it could be done on Sunday before 1pm. The installer was there by 11 am, and was done within an hour. The job was well done, the price was reasonable, the quality of windsheild was excellent, and the installer was kind and professional. I am extremely please with the service, and I would HIGHLY recommend others use your service. A JOB WELL DONE>>> Art”

“Repairman was actually early which was fine. He did a great job and cleaned up afterwards. Unfortunately I was not asked for my insurance info and had to pay for the whole thing out of my pocket instead of just having to pay for my deductible. Now I will have to go through my insurance agent to see if I can get a reimbursement.”

“The gentleman came right on time!! He replaced the glass very promptly. Luckily, I had gotten most of the broken glass out of the way via a cordless vacuum cleaner. I am sure that my location lent itself to a true cleanup effort on his part. As a working man, his appearance was very acceptable to me. Great Work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”
