“The service was prompt and efficient. One day I had a cracked windshield and the next morning, by 9:00 AM, I had a new one in place. The technician was very courteous, fast and thorough. Also, Glass Masters offered the best price in the area (I did shop around) and no extra charge for coming to my driveway to do the job. Highly recommend.”

I have to hand it to the installer as he arrived in the afternoon and had to perform the installation in the direct sunlight with a heat index of 110 degrees. I think he deserves hazard pay. I would not have been discouraged had the company contacted me and told me that they did not want their mobile technicians in that afternoon heat. I would have been happy to reschedule. I was very pleased with the work though.”

“They gave me a great quote online for my windshield replacmement,called me within minutes and scheduled me for an appointment the next day. I showed up a few minutes early on a Friday afternoon for my appointment and I was out in under an hour (the final price also turned out to be a few dollars less than my quote). Everyone I corresponded with was very friendly and professional... I would definiately recommend this place to anyone in the Charlotte area who needs their windshield replaced (their price was also LESS than HALF of what my insurance gave me as my deductible). ”
