“Glass was not there even though I was there 20 minutes early I waited 2 hours past my scheduled time for the glass to arrive. On top of all that what was an all inclusive price the shop tried to charge me $194 more for labor after I had prepaid. I am 100% satisfied with the quality of work and the final price when everything was said and done.”

“Safelite told me that the price would be $470 to replace the rear glass in my Buick. I am a single parent and am out of work right now due to a broken arm. I searched Google for other options and came across Auto Glass Guru. Quoted and maintained a price of $328. Went to the place closest to my city because the mobile unit wasn't available until later in the week. I got there and they had the wrong glass for my window, but the guy at the desk ordered the right glass with no issue and I came back 3 hours later and they installed my glass. The people were very nice, professional, and they move fast. I recommended this place to my mom this morning. I have had a crappy two weeks and these people literally made me feel 10 times better by the service they provided and the price. Thank you guys so much! ”
