“I feel that the only thing lacking on your web page is that you require the full payment prior to service and that you don't accept checks. That almost cost you my service because I am not comfortable giving that information out over the phone and had i not found my husbands credit card at home by the grace of God you wouldn't have accepted my service. For the sake of future customers, put that kind of information on your web page. Had I seen that then I would have been more prepared. Also you need to be available at un-normal times, and find service stations to uphold your same day service garentee because that was why I chose you and then I had to wait another 24 hours for service. ”
