“Royal Glass never contacted me after placing my order on glass.net. I called and was advised that they did NOT provide mobil installation service on weekends. I was also hit with a trim charge that was not reflected in the glass.net quote. Installer advised that all Honda's needed the replaced trim. This should have been anticipated and included in the original quote. Royal Glass did install the windshield on a Saturday morning and did so efficiently and timely. Royal Glass has a $25.00 lifetime guarantee that looks like a good deal. Overall, I was satisfied, even if I had to drive to the shop. Thanks.”
