“The man who replaced my car window was exceptionally amazing at his job. Do not quote me on this but i think his name was Clarence or something Cla-ish. I am more than pleased that he showed up on time, service was amazing and I cannot say anything bad about my experience. I got my window smashed by a lunatic over the Mardi gras break (someone broke into my car) and needed a replacement asap so I ran into Glass.net website and it lead me to Glass America. I was so surprised that they called me for the confirmation on Mardi gras day even though they could not perform the service on that day due to being a holiday. However, right next day, Clarence called me that he is on his way at around 9am and service was done in front of my eyes very fast. He kept me comfortable and entertained throughout the wait! I hope it does not happen to me again but if I ever have any incident where i have to get my car window replaced, will definitely do it through you guys. Thank you!”
