“The price quoted was $175 the final price was $200, because the quoted price did not include trim. Oddly enough,The trim was already attached to the windshield when it was unpacked. If the price had not still been lower than everyone else I would have cancelled installation. I could barely understand the peson on the phone. Otherwise I am pleased with the service ”

Final price included additional costs besides tax that were not mentioned up front, when asked. Was able to schedule initial appointment quickly and provided updates on progress and delays. Cost was still reasonable. ”

“Technician friendly and courteous....showed me his work for my approval. My complaint is that service was scheduled for day I had called, though I was contacted and told the technician might not be able to make it til next day, when we would be first on the schedule. Well, they did come out the next day, but at 3:20, which I would not consider first thing in the morning! Other than that, though, I would rate this service as acceptable and would likely use this company again.”
