“Windshield was replaced the next day after I requested a quote ($80 less than next company). I did have a leak the next time it rained, and they fixed w/ no issues. The only complaint I have was communication, the installer was coming back out to fix the leak and I was given a time, and it changed twice - after I called each time to see what was up.”

“I ordered my replacement and was to have an installer out to my house at 10:30am. He didn't get here until I called and reminded him and then it was nearly 3 before my windshield was installed. Once the windshield was being installed the installer broke the windshield. I went ahead AND PAID a $100.00 deposit on the broken windshield and was told he would return after the weekend, its been a full week and I haven't seen him and I have called and called and left messages and no reply!!!! I want a refund and my windshield replaced or I will not be satisfied and I will report to the better business bureau. ”
