“Quoted online and got phone call from the company, I was told the price + tax will include everything. But when the guy coming, I was told have to pay extra for glue and material. Called the company to waive that charge. ”

“I liked the glass.net service... It was the easiest and least expensive by far. There were only two problems: I was not told what time they would be there to fix my glass so I took the day off of work.. They called at 12 and said we will be there by 5.. This would have been nice to know at 8:00 in the morning do I could have gone to work... This installer used very offensive language in front of me which was unnecessary... The "F" bomb is not a word that I like to hear in every sentence... I have young kids and I don't want them to hear that word from anyone I do business with.. With that said, he did a quick, thorough job and he overshadowed his talent by his language..”
