“Everything was done professionally. The one minor issue was the original quote was $163 but they later said it was $184. That was the only small negative. It was still much cheaper than the $375 quote I received elsewhere.”

“The technician told me that I had to pay by cash or check. I informed him that the websites states credit cards were accepted. He then called his supervisor and my card was accepted. ”

“On the website I was quoted $162 plus a "holiday bonus" gas/gift card valued at $30. When I spoke with the fellow on the phone, the price was changed because of fees that weren't mentioned in the quote. I also needed an additional part that cost $30, so I figured the gift card would be a wash. Then I was quoted at $200 flat. By my math, the end total should've been $192, so they tried to get an additional $8 on top of the "surprise" $30 fee. Sounds like a bait and switch so I decided to go elsewhere.”
