“The installer was fine - he was a little late but not a big deal. The windshield looks great. I waited the required 24 hours to put the rear view mirror back on and the mount bracket which was supposedly glued to the windshield slid off in my hand with almost no pressure. I set it back in place and put the tape back over it to see if it will bond after another day or so but I think I am going to have to ask him to come back and fix it right.”

“Re: Gerber Collision I was amazed at how fast I was contacted after entry of my info on the glass.net site. The last I spoke to was polite, patient, to the point and pleasant to speak with. She had confirmed what I needed, what they could do for me, and when. The work was scheduled for the next day. The glass tech contacted me several times through out the day to confirm and narrow down exactly when he would come to replace the windshield. When the time came, he was punctual polite, and professional. Within an hour I had a new windshield installed, payment made, and receipt emailed. Couldn't have been a better experience, perhaps if it were free, but that's not realistic. Price was reasonable. I would not hesitate to use these folks again, or recommend them to others.”
