“I appreciated doing business with Glass America because the material and service provided was excellent and fairly priced. The technician was punctual, respectful and knowledgeable. He came on time and performed an excellent job. Thank you Glass America for being there when I needed you the most. ”

“I asked for an AM appt. When they didn't show up, I called and was told they were running late. The installer arrived around 4pm and was very courteous and quick. I love my windshield. I just wish he had cleaned the glass shavings out of the interior of my car. He cleaned the outside. I appreciate that he didn't mind me watching, I thought it was a really neat thing. Again, installers should be more worried about the clean up of the interior of the car than the exterior. ”

“The installer was excellent, well mannered, and professional. The original meeting wasn't available at my location even though it is within the service area(Jasper). Therefore, I agreed to meet in Canton at 12 noon upon arrival I was formed it would be another hour before the installer could leave Woodstock. Since I had already rescheduled prior events invested time and gas, I ageeded to drive on into Woodstock. Where I waited for another hour. After gas expence and 4 hours I was satisfied with the professionalism of the installer, but my overall cost and time.”
