“The work was good, and the price is very good compared to other companies that do this. There are fees, which I wasn't told about before the work was done, so they removed some of the fees when I was paying.”

“The quality of the replacement and installation of the new glass was what I expected. The technician arrived when he said he would and the work was done in a very professional manner. I did not get an invoice or receipt or any type of proof of payment. I did not get any type of warranty paperwork.”

“At first we had some communication issues, I thought it was strange they didnt take cash, and I was not comfortable giving someone my credit card number over the phone. They should really have a website with pay pal for transactions. Once we worked out the details, James, was more than willing to accomidate me and his guys showed up the next day and did a great job. Overall it was a great experience (price, product, service). I would use them again, they just need to iron out the payment process. ”
