“Only leaving a 3 because of the price. The person who made contact was not professional at all. Texted poorly at late hours and never sent receipt after i requested it.”

“The job was completed fine but the communication wasn’t the greatest. I told the person that called that my husband had to leave work by 2 to get our youngest off the bus. They got the job done shortly after 2 but then told him he couldn’t drive for 1 hr so it could set. If that was conveyed previously then we would have scheduled it for a different day. We only had it done that day to help out the guy as he was in the area and wouldn’t be the next day when we originally wanted to get it done. ”

“Technician showed up at the house on time. He was courteous and knowledgeable. After struggling with the door panel, he had the window replaced in no time. He cleaned up afterwards. Only reason for the 4 star is because he slightly damaged the leather arn rest while taking off the door panel. Otherwise, it was a great experience at a fraction of what the dealer wanted.”

“I would like to recant my previous review of accrancy glass I received a phone call this morning from there office and I was very pleased with the gentleman on the phone he really did everything to make my business with them a pleasure he really made everything ok and I recommend them to anyone and the customer service is great”
