“Robert was super flexible, however he showed up without it a vacuum. he didn't vacuum the door panel for the broken glasses nor did he vacuumed the car for the broken glasses. my door panel was snapped on with broken glasses inside and I've been trying to get in touch with Robert to fix it. He also sat on the passenger seat with the shattered glass, which created holes in my seat. I went with this company to save money... worst decision. I had to pay for my car to be cleaned, not only to remove the Grease stains on the door and chair. The holes on the chair are quite visible. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this company.”

“I was given an appt. time of 10am. I arrived at 9:30am & was told it was "first come-first serve" to my dismay, the room was crowded. I would've been there before they opened had I known that. My car wasn't taken into the bay until just before noon, it was completed before 1pm. Great prices, awful organizational skills. The receptionist was overly pleasant & apologetic. She was the only reason I wasn't upset.”
