It maybe to the advantage of the company if possible to have one that does not speak excellent english and one that does in order to better interface with the customer and for the other to improve their english. “I schedule 3 days in advance. They didn't show up on the schedule time they show up almost 3 hours late. Call another glass shop and they came in and replace my windshield. Very dissapointing on the service and will never call them again.”
