“The technicians arrived bang on time (a miracle considering that the repair was in Los Angeles at peak traffic time). They went to work with a gusto and replaced the back glass in 1hr 15 minutes flat. They were quick and efficient. All in all, the only positive thing associated with having a broken back wind shield is seeing replaced so speedily and efficiently.”
