“Joseph was my Service Technician. He called and got directions to my office, he arrived on time. He explained the process around replacing the back glass on my hardtop convertible. He finished a head of schedule, he thoroughly vacuumed the trunk to remove the glass, and he finished under budget. Overall it was an excellent experience. Since Joseph did such great and was highly visible in the parking lot, a co-woker asked about the work being done and I gladly referred Joseph and gave an intro between my co-worker and Joseph.”

They quoted me a reasonable price - they began the repair immediately. I sat and waited in their spacious, clean waiting room while watching TV. They weee polite and quick. “They managed to follow through with contacting me first thing in the morning to schedule a same day appointment to come to me and repair my window. They were reasonably priced (lower than the dealership) and arrived exactly when they said they would. The work was done quickly and efficiently. The only thing off was the quote, but it was minimal as the quote didn't include tax. Given how great the rest of the service was, this was a small thing. I simply recommend you factor it into account. ”
