However, it was cleared up when he called back to his office. I don't know if this was a mistake or an upsale. But the service was great and I'm very pleased.”

“Service was excellent. Serviceman Arturo showed up at the time he said he would, and finished within the time he said the job would take. The office answered my call (no voicemail) and also answered my questions. My only ding on this review is that I wish the quote given to me was the "out the door" price. I had to find out the hard way the quote did not include labor and materials (such as glue). The quote was for the glass only. Over all I recommend Glass America. ”
