“Here is the simple truth...I have never had more timely service than I did with this windshield replacement process. The website asked only a few simple questions, supplied a quote, requested a callback number and WHAM...the company called me back within ONE MINUTE! I was shocked at how fast and easy this whole process was...Never a better more efficient service and I honestly mean that. The technician who arrived was right on time, very pleasant and did a perfect job. I will certainly be back and will reccomend GLASS.NET to everyone...Fantastic! ”

“The guy that installed my glass was competent at what he did. He was early and then returned on time since I was not home early. English would be a useful language to be proficient with if you wanted to work for the public in America, and I had to clean the broken glass out of my car's interior”

“It's difficult to rate the quality at this time event though the installation looks good. I have a convertible hard top and had the rear window replaced yesterday and I hear broken glass rattling around today. To allow the glass to cure properly I need to wait two days before operating the top. Once I can do this I will be able to determine if the glass is trapped in some of the void spaces which will require the removal of the glass of if it is an area where I can vacuum it out. I would also recommend that the installers use some type of protection for the car so that the loose pieces of glass do not land on the paint and scratch it when removing the old glass. They also need to carry a broom on their truck to clean up the work area - they didn't have one and left it to me to clean up the loose glass that fell on the ground when removing the old glass. A portable light would also help them in poorly lit garages. ”
