“I was charged $65 extra for a new "elevator" that he said was having problems but I haven't had window problems in the past at all. He automatically replaced it and I didn't really see a need for it at this time. Wasn't too thrilled about the extra $65 worth. ”

“It was Speed Glass that responded with an email to my online request. I was surprised, knowing they are a Canadian Company. Then Speedy phoned me one day later. Yes, I was talking to a Rep in a Vancouver office! So cool, I'm also from Vancouver. We set up an appointment to get my windshield replaced. The technician drove to my apartment in Hayward, 2 days later. It took him about 15 min max to complete the job.I was VERY impressed. I'm still not sure what happened - from the time I submitted a frantic request online, to having a fixed window in 5 days - BUT, I'll sure use this online service again.:)”

“Windshield replacement the installer knew what he was doing but a little confused on how it went back together such as factory trim around the window I had to redo he left it loose and it would have blown off other than that he was quick.”
